Planting and Care Tips
Plant
Italian Cypress Tree in well-draining soil with the root ball level to the ground, spacing about 3–5 feet apart for a screen or statement row.
Feed
Feed once yearly in early spring with a slow-release balanced fertilizer formulated for evergreens.
Water
Water deeply once or twice a week during the first growing season, then reduce to occasional deep watering once established.
Prune
Prune lightly in late spring or early summer to maintain its tall, columnar shape, removing only stray or damaged branches.
